Professional Standards Training

Missouri REALTORS^® is pleased to now offer our Professional Standards training to our general membership. This class is used as training for our Professional Standards Committees and limited seating is now available on a first come, first serve basis.

Keeping up-to-date on the Code of Ethics is recommended for all members, so here is your chance to refresh! 

Registration for this course is $35.

Hank Lerner

Chief Legal Officer for the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS^®

Hank manages the law and policy functions of the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS^®, including oversight of the Standard Forms and Professional Standards programs and the PAR Legal Hotline, and addresses all sorts of various legal/regulatory/compliance issues for the association. He is a frequent speaker on legal, ethical and risk reduction issues around the state and beyond, and has served on several NAR committees and in other roles.

Hank earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh and his law degree from William and Mary Law School. He has been admitted to the bar since 1994, and has been with PAR in a variety of positions since 2000.
