The N2W Program was assigned to the Kansas City District for execution of design and construction of the new NGA Campus West. The N2W campus is required to replace mission critical 2nd Street facilities in St. Louis that have exceeded their service life. The project will accommodate new technologies and processes that will generate beneficial synergies through integration, collaboration, and geospatial data immersion. The ‘purpose-built’ facility will provide an open flexible work environment that is scalable, reconfigurable, and adaptive to changing mission requirements and the associated changes in workflow and data sharing methodologies.

David Piasecki is Chief Investment Officer of ElmTree Funds. He is responsible for all aspects of setting investment policy, overseeing the underwriting of new acquisitions and monitoring the portfolio for adherence to policy and allocation targets. Mr. Piasecki has a 40+ year history of investment experience ranging from equipment finance, asset based finance and with the last 30 years allocated solely to commercial real estate finance. He has experience in all aspects of real estate finance, including acquisitions, investment analysis, capital markets and dispositions. He has direct experience for over $4.5 billion of transactions including acquisitions, finance and dispositions. During this time, Mr. Piasecki’s focus has been on net leased corporate real estate transactions.
