Our Leadership Spotlight series celebrates these dedicated members and highlights their contributions to both the real estate profession and the communities they serve.
This month, we shine the spotlight on Cristy Holloway, the Missouri REALTORS® Association Executive (AE) Chair. Cristy, AE for the Ozark Trail Board of REALTORS®, is passionate about supporting and mentoring fellow association executives, particularly those who are new to the role. Throughout her service as Missouri AE Chair, she has emphasized collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and fostering connections among AEs across the state. She credits her fellow association executives, Missouri REALTORS® leadership, and members for helping her grow professionally and remains committed to paying that support forward by helping others succeed.
At the local level, Cristy has focused on fostering meaningful connections with members and ensuring the value of the association is both visible and personal. She believes local associations are often the most familiar and accessible part of the REALTOR® organization, making member engagement and relationship-building a top priority. Through her approachable leadership style and commitment to service, Cristy has worked to create an environment where members feel connected, supported, and encouraged to get involved in their association and profession.
At the state level, Cristy has demonstrated a strong commitment to professional development and leadership within Missouri REALTORS®. She currently serves as the 2026 Missouri AE Chair and has been selected to serve on the 2027 Leadership Development Committee in the Local AE/Staff seat. Cristy is also the recipient of the 2024 William D. North AEI Scholarship, a recognition that reflects her dedication to continued learning and growth as an association executive.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Cristy is actively involved in her community through volunteer service on several local boards and committees. She enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her husband of 32 years, their two adult children, and their growing family.
