Missouri REALTORS® are so much more than real estate professionals. They dedicate their time to serving on school boards and running for elected positions. They educate, serve on panels, volunteer, and facilitate industry discussions. Their philanthropic efforts are inspiring, and the difference they are making within their communities is significant. Our Member Spotlight series highlights these efforts and introduces some of our wonderful members.

This month, we are highlighting Pulaski County Board of REALTORS® (PCBOR) member Rebecca Prohm. As a licensed REALTOR® since 2018, Prohm, a REALTOR® with New Key Realty LLC, has proven her dedication to the real estate profession by volunteering her time to numerous boards and committees at the state and local levels.

At the state level, Prohm serves as Chair of the YPN Advisory Board; a member-driven organization designed to help new and young real estate professionals excel in their real estate careers. She is also a member of numerous output groups and committees including the Leadership Development Output Group, Advocacy Action Output Group, and Specialty Groups Output Group. Notably, Prohm also serves as a member of the Missouri Women’s Council of REALTORS®. Locally, she serves on the Awards and Education Committee for PCBOR and as their 2023 President.

Noting her passion for helping others succeed in their careers, Prohm also dedicates numerous hours per month volunteering in her community – specifically at Fort Leonard Wood. She regularly assists the Fort Wood Spouse Club, volunteering her time at events designed to welcome spouses of active-duty military. She also serves as a school volunteer at the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) school. In this role, she leads the decorating committee for formal on-base events. She also volunteers with USO, a team of 30,000 volunteers dedicated to supporting local military service members and their families in all aspects of life.

In addition to Prohm’s volunteer service at the state and local level, she was selected to participate in Missouri REALTORS® 2021/2022 Leadership Academy. Prohm graduated as a member of the 2022 Leadership Academy Class during Missouri REALTORS®' most recent Fall Business Conference in Chesterfield.

We celebrate Prohm for her commitment to the real estate industry and her community!
