Columbia, Missouri – Missouri REALTORS®, the state’s largest trade association representing over 25,000 members, is pleased to announce the election of Bobbi Howe of St. Joseph, Mo., as 2023 Treasurer. Howe was elected to this position during a Board of Directors meeting on Friday, January 21.
As 2023 Treasurer, Howe will serve this year as 2022 Treasurer-Elect. “Being elected to the Leadership Team of Missouri REALTORS® is both a humbling and rewarding experience,” said Howe. “I am inspired by the leaders who have come before me and mentored me along the way, and I look forward to helping grow even more future leaders for our amazing state association.”
Focusing on residential real estate in the Kansas City area with Keller Williams KC North, Howe is a second-generation real estate professional with more than 24 years of experience as an active REALTOR®. She served as President of the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS® in 2020, and as the St. Joseph Regional Association of REALTORS® President in 2013 and 2014. Howe was named REALTOR® of the Year for the St. Joseph Regional Association of REALTORS® in 2012 and recipient of Missouri REALTORS® Elizabeth J. Mendenhall E3 Award in 2020. She has served as chair of the National Association of REALTORS® Strategic Thinking Advisory Committee and YPN Committee.
To govern Missouri REALTORS®, Howe will serve alongside President John Mayfield, President-Elect Andrea Sheridan, Treasurer Derek Schriewer, and Immediate Past President Janet Rodriguez Judd, along with the association CEO. These officials comprise the 2022 Leadership Team and each, with the exception of the CEO, serves a one-year term on a volunteer basis.
In addition to the election of Bobbi Howe as Missouri REALTORS® 2023 Treasurer, Bob Bax of Brentwood, Mo., and Antwann Rhoades of Waynesville, Mo., were elected to serve as NAR Directors for Missouri.
