Missouri REALTORS® are lucky to be surrounded by so many different people, from clients to fellow REALTORS®. The real estate industry is full of amazing individuals who are dedicated to their clients, their communities and their colleagues. Every Missouri REALTOR® has a unique story to tell, and our Member Spotlight series is our chance to share the stories behind the REALTORS®.
This month, we are shining the Member Spotlight on Shanna Hall.
Shanna Hall, a member of St. Louis REALTORS®, has always been involved with her local, state, and national associations. She first gave her time to the association when she applied to be on her local Grievance Committee. She enjoyed being a part of improving her profession so much that she then applied to be a State Director. Once her three year term ended on the Grievance Committee, she became a part of her local Professional Standards Committee, where she currently serves. She’s also the State Director for St. Louis REALTORS® and member of the state’s Member Network Committee. Shanna’s involvement allows her to make positive change within the real estate profession, which is one of the things she loves most about her career.
Shanna became a REALTOR® because she loves meeting new people and being her own boss. Before Shanna began her real estate career, she was a special education teacher and she taught a self-contained behavior disordered class at a local high school. While she loved teaching, she realized she did not like being confined between four walls every day. As a REALTOR®, Shanna is hardly ever stuck in one place!
When Shanna’s not working, you can find her volunteering at Chapel for the Exceptional or Peter & Paul Community Services. She also enjoys collecting rocks and gemstones, which she gives as gifts and even uses to make jewelry.
If you’re in the community spotlight or know someone who is, let us know. We’d love to shine our Missouri REALTORS® Spotlight on you!
