Missouri REALTORS® would like to wish you a Happy Valentine’s Day! Here are some fun Valentine’s Day marketing ideas to spice up your business:
- Recognize team members who work behind the scenes. While you may be out selling homes, don’t forget those who are working to ensure your business runs the way it does. Their success is your success!
- Create a “love” theme for your social media posts. Things that constitute a “love” theme involve posting uplifting messages. For example - recognize local places you love to visit. Write a sentence status update about them, post a photo and make sure to tag their social media business page. In addition, you might consider a romantic dinner raffle on Facebook or Instagram!
- Drop off a bottle of champagne to clients with a note attached stating, “Put this champagne on ice. I can’t wait to celebrate your new home with you!” Letting your buyer know you can’t wait to celebrate with them lets them know you are committed to making their dreams become a reality.
- Deliver flowers to your neighbors. Delivering flowers will give you to knock on their door and start a conversation. Doing this will also let your neighbors see that you care about them, thus increasing the chances of them coming to you when it’s time for them to put their home on the market.
- Deliver a surprise to the last agent you worked with. Building a relationship with your fellow REALTORS® can make them more likely to work with you in the future, thus bettering all parties.

- For individuals more on the creative side, you can create custom candy with “I Love Referrals. Be My Next Sale!” printed on them. You can use this link to create your own custom candy!
- Create custom Valentine’s Day door hangers. You can place these at your own office as well as properties you may be listing.
